Personal:

I started running at age 40 (14 years ago!)  I am married to Harold, he is a super supportive husband and we enjoy running and biking the trails along the Wasatch Front together. Between us we have 7 children and 9 grandchildren.  I am really having fun trying new races in scenic parts of Utah, I am a newbie in the ultrarunning world, I am slow, but love everything about it!  I have a lot to learn,but I am enjoying the journey.

oh I am stiff! I think it is both from the 15 miler and muscle-up on Tue.  I had a hard time at muscle-up this morning, I am really looking forward to yoga later this morning, this teacher does a very gentle class with alot of stretching, just what I need, and then I will hunker down in the house and work the rest of the day while it storms.

Wow, that was a big day yesterday. Do they have a full size track or is it the typical indoor size? That's a lot of time running in circles. I'd get dizzy. You are my hero.

Jun, it is a big track, about 3 times around for a mile, it is fun to do it once a week. The books on tape really help too.

Hi Girls! I love the easy stretching yoga, especially after a long run to work out the kinks! It feels really good, I don't enjoy the real intense classes at all.
