Personal:

I started running at age 40 (14 years ago!)  I am married to Harold, he is a super supportive husband and we enjoy running and biking the trails along the Wasatch Front together. Between us we have 7 children and 9 grandchildren.  I am really having fun trying new races in scenic parts of Utah, I am a newbie in the ultrarunning world, I am slow, but love everything about it!  I have a lot to learn, but I am enjoying the journey.

I am so excited to be pacing from Lambs to Big Water at the Wasatch 100.  Only about 10 miles, so there is no pressure, it will just be a blast.  Maurine is doing Brighton to the finish, 25 miles that is brutal.  I can't wait!!!!!!!

Who are you pacing and what is their goal time? I'm pacing from Brighton to the finish too. Maybe I'll see Maurine. I'm planning to do a warm-up run from Big Water to Brighton too. That will be earlier though, doubt I'll see you there. Boo.

That's pretty neat to be a pacer for a 100 miler! What a neat opportunity for you! When is it?

I am so excited about pacing too, I did it years ago from Lambs to Brighton, and last year I ran from Brighton to the finish. This year will be short, but that is a good thing, I just want to be a part of all fun and not stress. My runner is Tara Workman Tulley from Springville. She would like to finish under 30 hours, but has had some health issues, and said might have to be happy with just a finish. Craig, I hope you see Maurine on the way, I am going to the finish to watch everyone come in, so I will look for you! Good luck!

I met Tara at Katcina Mosa. Great lady! I hope she has sorted out her electrolyte issues and can stay ahead of the cut-off. I really like her. Best of look and I hope to see you there.
