Personal:

I started running at age 40 (14 years ago!)  I am married to Harold, he is a super supportive husband and we enjoy running and biking the trails along the Wasatch Front together. Between us we have 7 children and 9 grandchildren.  I am really having fun trying new races in scenic parts of Utah, I am a newbie in the ultrarunning world, I am slow, but love everything about it!  I have a lot to learn, but I am enjoying the journey.

Nice pics...fun memories. LOVE the Sissys sign. Will you make some that says: "5K's are for Sissys"? I HATE 5K's.

I'm impressed with all the ultras you've done. Hmm, you think I can do one of those one of these days? Can't imagine running that long and going dirty. LOL.

I loved running with you guys Sat!!

Smooth, the ultras are SO much fun, if you did one you would be hooked! They have a whole different feel, it is hard to explain, you should check out the Red Mountain 50K website and give it some thought!! You too Marion, you girls should join Maurine and I!!!

loving the pictures!

I'm getting my butt in gear to come run with the "real" runners someday soon. Spring looks good for a Utah visit. :)
