Personal:

I started running at age 40 (14 years ago!) I am married to Harold, he is a super supportive husband and we enjoy running and biking the trails along the Wasatch Front together. Between us we have 7 children and 9 grandchildren. I am really having fun trying new races in scenic parts of Utah, I am a newbie in the ultrarunning world, I am slow, but love everything about it! I have a lot to learn,but I am enjoying the journey.

Okay this a short entry, I have tried twice to post it and it disapeared. Harold and Odee and I met Maurine at the Parkway. Harold and I did 10 miles. He was on his bike but got off to run and did 1.50 miles, he is slowly building up. Maurine went on to do 13. It was a beautiful fall day.

Odee did 10 miles too. And scared lots of dogs and dog owners.

Odee can be a pain in the butt, that is why I like the Lehi Parkway better.

We (John, Wendy and I) miss you at the Lehi Parkway. We ran the southern portion. I wanted to do 13. John and Wendy wanted to do 8. We ended up with 10. Wish you were here. Glad you had an enjoyable run.

Smooth, how did you like the Southern portion?? Did you get at all lost like we did (probably not---we were being led by MEN!)
