Personal:

I started running at age 40 (14 years ago!)  I am married to Harold, he is a super supportive husband and we enjoy running and biking the trails along the Wasatch Front together. Between us we have 7 children and 9 grandchildren.  I am really having fun trying new races in scenic parts of Utah, I am a newbie in the ultrarunning world, I am slow, but love everything about it!  I have a lot to learn, but I am enjoying the journey.

HI my long lost friend!!!! I am happy to say my next race is in 2 1/2 weeks in Honolulu. I am doing the Aloha Run with my best friend Ann and my daughter. They have not been running so we will walk it. It really is more of a social thing. My next real race is in April the Red Mountain 50K, but I have been running like a wimp ever since Goblin, I need you to come and kick my butt!!! :) How about you? Do you have a race a month planned? I need to come check your blog. Thanks for dropping by to say hi! Miss you!

How FUN to run Honolulu! Great place to escape the Utah winter and time with friends and family!!!

I am doing Boston and the Grand Slam again this year! Have a lot going on in my family! A new grand baby was born on Dec 27 so I was in Houston for two weeks. Then my baby got his mission call the day I got home. My third child is getting married 5 days after Boston. then the next day is the mission farewell! My 2nd child is graduating from med school end of May, so we'll be heading to DES Moines! FUN TIMES!!!
