Personal:

I started running at age 40 (14 years ago!)  I am married to Harold, he is a super supportive husband and we enjoy running and biking the trails along the Wasatch Front together. Between us we have 7 children and 9 grandchildren.  I am really having fun trying new races in scenic parts of Utah, I am a newbie in the ultrarunning world, I am slow, but love everything about it!  I have a lot to learn, but I am enjoying the journey.

This morning I did muscle up finally!  I haven't done it since Paul got injured.  I only had time afterwards for a 2 mile run, I took it real slow, but I am alittle nervous now with all the talk on my blog yesterday, it is all good though, I am glad you all are looking out for me.

The scale went up .7 pounds this morning, but I had a great day of healthy eating so I am not too concerned.

9 pounds away from my goal.

Now off to sit with Paul for the afternoon!  Thanks again for all your comments yesterday!  you guys are the best!!!

Did Yoga with Harold  in the evening, he really liked it!  We are going to try and do it twice a week together.

I am so glad you are going to the doc, but I really hope you don't worry too much. I know the way we were all yesterday was a bit dramatic and stress causing, I am sorry. Did I say I am SO glad that you are going to the doctor? It's going to be just fine. As soon as he gives you the all clear, 100% fine you can say "I told you so!!!" We are ready and waiting for it! :)

Great workout today! Have fun with Paul!

Is that a class?? Whatever it is, sounds fun!

Hope your afternoon was great. What a nice MIL.

I posted our cute picture on my blog today. it only took me an hour or so to figure it out!

From leslie on Tue, Oct 14, 2008 at 16:15:36

Marion, glad for the nudge, it will be fine I am sure, it will be nice to know, if I am fine, it means this sorry girl needs serious training to get in shape for Spring.

Keli, Muscle-up is a strength training class, it kicks my butt. What is MIL?

How come Kelli got a copy of the picture and I had to steal it off of her site?

From leslie on Tue, Oct 14, 2008 at 16:33:07

that was from Kelli's camera, Harold and I couldn't figure it out, we are not as smart as Kelli.

Want to go to Yoga with me at 7:00 tonight?

We sure are cute!
