Personal:

I started running at age 40 (14 years ago!)  I am married to Harold, he is a super supportive husband and we enjoy running and biking the trails along the Wasatch Front together. Between us we have 7 children and 9 grandchildren.  I am really having fun trying new races in scenic parts of Utah, I am a newbie in the ultrarunning world, I am slow, but love everything about it!  I have a lot to learn, but I am enjoying the journey.

I had a great 4 mile run in Holladay,  I have enjoyed the flater route, it is worth the  5 min. drive to get there.

4 miles with an avg. pace of 11:42

6.9 from goal ( I had a great weekend!)

I hope everyone has a WONDERFUL week!!!!

Sounds like a nice run to start a Monday morning! Great pace! I hope you have a nice week as well.

Glad you had a good run.

Guess what I'm going to try and do today? The Little Cottonwood Trail without walking..... (gulp)

Sounds fun, let me know how it goes. I am curious about how much snow you will have, I am working late, or I would join you.

Good job---flat runs are the best!!

You did have a good weekend!! I am currently at 9 from goal, how do you like that! I did not have a good weekend. I said I was not going to weigh myself, I shouldn't have! But, I am faithfully counting points this week as I have become TOTALLY out of control!

Have a good week! You will get there soon, I know it.

Always NICE to have an enjoyable run. A GREAT and WONDERFUL week to you too!!!

Ah ha! You couldn't resist the scale!! I am that way to, I am afraid if I don't weigh for a week, I will get on and be up 20 pounds....you never know. Well, my skinny friend, it is fun to have a partner in this wacky weightloss effort of ours. Have fun counting points!! And we will keep each other motivated!!!
