Personal:

I started running at age 40 (14 years ago!)  I am married to Harold, he is a super supportive husband and we enjoy running and biking the trails along the Wasatch Front together. Between us we have 7 children and 9 grandchildren.  I am really having fun trying new races in scenic parts of Utah, I am a newbie in the ultrarunning world, I am slow, but love everything about it!  I have a lot to learn,but I am enjoying the journey.

I did muscle up this morning.  It feels good to get some strength training in, it is my weakness for sure. 

Tonight I am going to yoga again, I made Harold try it Tue. night and he really enjoyed it, so we are going to make it a part of our winter routine. 

Not sure I will get a run in today, but I do have my doctors appt today, I will be glad to get it over with.  Thank you my dear friends!

8.4 from goal (same as yesterday, but again, I had a great day of nutrition so I am okay with that)

Yes, ditto that!

I took my husband to Yoga today and it was a total joke. He was so funny! He is so not bendy! I am not either, but he is unreal! It was totally fun!

Way to strength train---you will be the sexy MIL with muscles!
