I did muscle up this morning. It feels good to get some strength training in, it is my weakness for sure.
Tonight I am going to yoga again, I made Harold try it Tue. night and he really enjoyed it, so we are going to make it a part of our winter routine.
Not sure I will get a run in today, but I do have my doctors appt today, I will be glad to get it over with. Thank you my dear friends!
