Personal:

I started running at age 40 (14 years ago!)  I am married to Harold, he is a super supportive husband and we enjoy running and biking the trails along the Wasatch Front together. Between us we have 7 children and 9 grandchildren.  I am really having fun trying new races in scenic parts of Utah, I am a newbie in the ultrarunning world, I am slow, but love everything about it!  I have a lot to learn, but I am enjoying the journey.

Harold and I went out for a 2 hour bike ride, oh, baby, my fanny is sore!  I could get into this bike thing I think, it sure takes different muscles, it was a great workout and great to be with my hubby.

I am excited to work in my flower beds and then go to the Cheesecake Factory for another BD celebration.

Good job for both of you on getting out! Enjoy your birthday dinner. I think I will put my long run off until tomorrow since I only slept about 3.5 hours last night.

Sounds like a fun bike ride. It's really fun eh? Enjoy dinner tonight. I am hoping David and i can get away for a minute when the boys go down. Will is one sick little man!

I went to cheesecake factory yesterday too. But I didn't get any exercise beforehand to justify eating what I did. But I ate the whole piece of cheesecake anyway (along with CA cheesesteak sandwich and fries).

You deserve to party all week for your birthday!!! I, too, love biking, but then my bum hurts! Great job!

Sounds like a perfect day to round up your birthday/week.
