Personal:

I started running at age 40 (14 years ago!)  I am married to Harold, he is a super supportive husband and we enjoy running and biking the trails along the Wasatch Front together. Between us we have 7 children and 9 grandchildren.  I am really having fun trying new races in scenic parts of Utah, I am a newbie in the ultrarunning world, I am slow, but love everything about it!  I have a lot to learn, but I am enjoying the journey.

I bet I see you running along Wasatch. I don't run at 5...I run a bit later. I live in Little Cottonwood. Are you close?

Hi Steam8! Thanks for dropping by! I live in Cottonwood Heights,if you see an old woman with red hair running make sure to say HI! I checked out your blog, I am so sorry to hear about your injuries! I hope you can get it under control without getting pregnant! I think I can avoid most injuries because I go SO slow!! Good luck and maybe I will see you on the road! Do you ever run the Little Cottonwood trail? If so, how is it? Last year it was a mess, so I haven't been up since the year before.

Which Little Cottonwood trail? Temple Quarry, Bells Canyon or the trail that goes up the North mtn? I would love to go with someone that likes trails. We should do it together.

I like the one that goes up past the Temple Quarry Trail, it would be fun to see you, you would be too fast for me, I do the granny shuffle, but make sure to say HI!!! I hope your injuries are getting better

BUT.... if you are up for hiking up the trail and jogging down, let me know!!! I just hate to hold people back. Have a great day!
