Personal:

I started running at age 40 (14 years ago!)  I am married to Harold, he is a super supportive husband and we enjoy running and biking the trails along the Wasatch Front together. Between us we have 7 children and 9 grandchildren.  I am really having fun trying new races in scenic parts of Utah, I am a newbie in the ultrarunning world, I am slow, but love everything about it!  I have a lot to learn, but I am enjoying the journey.

Who put the lead in my pants? Another hard run, sluggish, joints not working quite right, I felt I pushed harder this morning, but my time was the same.  What gives?  Oh, well, I had to cut out Muscle-Up, I got called up to Snowbird to do a massage, so I've got to get dressed and drive up the canyon, it's a chains or 4X4 only today, I am not looking forward to the drive.

Well - on the bright side - you finally got another appointment (figures it would be in crappy weather).

Who put lead in your pants? You don't really need or want me to answer that one, do you?

Nasty weather, that is what put the lead in your pants!!! Drive safe. I am going nowhere for the rest of the day, well at least until I have to go get my kids! Oh and then we have to go show shopping, so nowhere after that!

GOOD JOB in running with lead in your pants and MUSCLE UP. Have to drive my son to violin this afternoon. I hope the freeway is clear. Have a safe and happy day.

tarzan- the lead is actually in my butt and gut, I was JK about the pants part!

Colleen- the road wasn't that bad, but they had a lock down of the whole village and the mountain and the road for avalanche bombing so I was stuck up there for 4 hours and only did one massage. That's Snowbird for you!

Kelli- stay hunkered down girl in your cozy house, I am supposed to go out with the girls, but I would rather stay home.

Smooth- I must confess no muscle up today, but a snowy/dark 5:30am morning run gets me extra points I think! You should be okay, the roads are not that bad, however, Utah County has been a target lately for bad storms so be careful out there.
