Personal:

I started running at age 40 (14 years ago!)  I am married to Harold, he is a super supportive husband and we enjoy running and biking the trails along the Wasatch Front together. Between us we have 7 children and 9 grandchildren.  I am really having fun trying new races in scenic parts of Utah, I am a newbie in the ultrarunning world, I am slow, but love everything about it!  I have a lot to learn, but I am enjoying the journey.

Now girls behave yourself! Hey, everyone hope you can join us for a long trail run Sat. Hope to see Laurie and Krashman! Maurine and I might run all the way down the canyon, if the knees and heels are working right, so we shall see!

Marion, it has got to be tough sitting it out, but soooo worth it! Take care of yourself so we can plan a big blog run with everyone

All I said was that you need to make sure to WRITE lots of information more than WRITE a little bit of information! We couldn't have you not keeping us well informed! I'm not sure what the rest of you are thinking! :D

From leslie on Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 09:47:38

Marion, I got some insoles from Wasatch Running, they help some, I figure I need to take a day off when they hurt bad, so I was a good girl and took yesterday off. I want to stay healthy! I am feeling your pain, how is your recovery going??

From marion on Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 09:52:34

I am glad the heels inserts are helping. Are you doing any of the stretches for PF? ( i know it's NOT pf)

How's Paul?

Thanks for noticin' The recovery is going well I think? I have plotted at recovery plan :D TOTALLY BOARD OUT OF MY MIND!!! Mentally I am ok-ish. I like sleeping in :D
