Personal:

I started running at age 40 (14 years ago!)  I am married to Harold, he is a super supportive husband and we enjoy running and biking the trails along the Wasatch Front together. Between us we have 7 children and 9 grandchildren.  I am really having fun trying new races in scenic parts of Utah, I am a newbie in the ultrarunning world, I am slow, but love everything about it!  I have a lot to learn, but I am enjoying the journey.

I had to go the airport early this morning and so I missed my run, I have plenty of time to go today but once I get all dressed for the day I rarely undress and get on my running clothes and go out. Lazy girl.

Julie just called, Paul had another seizure this morning and had to go to the ER, it was a small one,but scarey just the same. We thought that was behind us. They will not be joining us for our trip to Torrey for Easter now. Bummer.

Oh, dang it. I am so sorry. That stinks for them, but I hope he gets out quick!!

Take the day off, the weather stinks and inside is so nice!!!

Sorry to hear about Paul. It's just so not fair to him and Julie. Hope he gets over this soon. You had a nice run yesterday; it's all good to take a day off. I'm the same way, if I'm all dressed for the day, I'm not motivated to change to "workout" mode.

Oh my heck!!!!! What's up with tha seizure stuff. He started his last seizure episode in Torrey so don't talk about Torrey to him..he's allergic.

It is so sad, two steps forward and one step back.

I'm sorry to hear about Paul's seizures. My family will pray for him this evening.

I hope your training has been going well
