Personal:

I started running at age 40 (14 years ago!)  I am married to Harold, he is a super supportive husband and we enjoy running and biking the trails along the Wasatch Front together. Between us we have 7 children and 9 grandchildren.  I am really having fun trying new races in scenic parts of Utah, I am a newbie in the ultrarunning world, I am slow, but love everything about it!  I have a lot to learn, but I am enjoying the journey.

Went to muscle-up this morning, and then did 4 miles up Bengal Blvd and along Danish  Road.  51 min. AP was 12:48, and now I am heading off to a yoga class with Ardath.

I am hoping to make Tue and Thur. my cross training days and get in a short little run too.

Happy Running and  a great day to all!

Looks like you're recovering nicely. Sounds like a good plan, cross training and easy run. Where are you running this Sat? Wanna run Lehi JRP with us? I'm planning on at least 17 miles. Hope to see you soon.

Marion, Yoga was awesome, I think I got all stretched out, my soreness from CA is gone now. I just need to remember to do this more regularly.

Smooth, Thanks for the invite, I am not sure what I am doing yet, but I will keep it in mind, I haven't done that trail forever and I do love it. I need to go over and check your blog.

Good job, Les! Keep it up. Glad your hips are no longer hurting.
