Personal:

I started running at age 40 (14 years ago!)  I am married to Harold, he is a super supportive husband and we enjoy running and biking the trails along the Wasatch Front together. Between us we have 7 children and 9 grandchildren.  I am really having fun trying new races in scenic parts of Utah, I am a newbie in the ultrarunning world, I am slow, but love everything about it!  I have a lot to learn, but I am enjoying the journey.

What a great day and workout to start the week!!! There were lots of runners out here too. My GPS were all over the place running with fellow runners and friends.

GREAT WORK MY FRIEND!!!

Okay, we HAVE to make a plan for lunch before my kids get back into school (I need a babysitter!!) Oh, wait. i only will have one kids after school starts and I am sure my mom would love to have her, so we can do it after school starts or before, WHATEVER! Are you done traveling the world so we can all do lunch?

From leslie peterson on Mon, Aug 03, 2009 at 18:44:10 from 76.23.61.78

Kelli, yes, I am done traveling, until St. George, so let's do it!!! Cheesecake Factory? I am up for anything!!!! The sooner the better! I am not a good organizer, you tell me the day and I will be there!!!

From Kelli on Mon, Aug 03, 2009 at 18:47:34 from 71.219.100.174

I am not much of a planner myself! Let me look at next weeks schedule when Ashly gets her soccer schedule (assuming she makes the team, she is trying out right now). I will get back to you as soon as I know the soccer details!

Smooth, I just spoke with Karen, she is a maniac!!!! A wonderful maniac! Not only is she doing the grandslam, she is backpacking all over, the Appalachian trail for 7 days, the Unitas, the Grand Canyon, plus she is training for the Ironman in St. George, does tri's and century rides. Holy cow!!! I makes me want to rev up my engine!!!!! I just love old gals that can take life by the horns and go with it!!! She may be doing Park City as an early starter to pace a friend with a broken arm, so we may hook up. I am SO not ready for PC!!! Have a good day Smooth!

From RAD on Mon, Aug 03, 2009 at 19:25:58 from 76.27.12.70

Leslie, you're doing PC too? YEA!! I think I might do it too...just as a training run. I think I may just do it to hang out with all the cool people :)

From Maurine/Tarzan on Tue, Aug 04, 2009 at 09:50:42 from 63.255.172.2

Good job, lady. Keep on boot camping all over the place. I will be miserable at Park City because I have no motivation - so we can hang together.

From leslie peterson on Tue, Aug 04, 2009 at 09:52:25 from 76.23.61.78

Maurine, oh goodie! We can hang together!!! We will get thru it, it will be our training run for SG.
