Personal:

I started running at age 40 (14 years ago!)  I am married to Harold, he is a super supportive husband and we enjoy running and biking the trails along the Wasatch Front together. Between us we have 7 children and 9 grandchildren.  I am really having fun trying new races in scenic parts of Utah, I am a newbie in the ultrarunning world, I am slow, but love everything about it!  I have a lot to learn, but I am enjoying the journey.

Okay, I did 2 miles in the neighborhood today.  My average pace was 10:39

mile 1-11:07

mile 2-10:11

Lisa drove by and stopped and we talked for about 1 minute, so I was actually a little faster than that.  Yahoo!  Now, can I do that for 13 miles????

Oh, and my max speed was 7.8!

I went to Wasatch Running and talked to Brad for about an hour and half about my heels and the triathlon, I ended up buying a $33 pair of in soles, I think they are going to be helpful, they seem to feel a little better this morning.   He kept mentioning the PF word, and I refuse to believe that I have that!  That is what OTHER people get!

******  I did 60 lengths in 57 minutes!!!!  4 swim days in row!!!!!

Les - why don't you try freezing some bottles of water and then icing your feet with them at night (just roll them over the bottles). I hear that helps with PF.

Great idea!! But I DO NOT have PF!!!! Can you do Millcreek Monday morning and the CT on Tue after work or early evening?

I sure hope that your heels get better soon! Even though you don't have PF for sure, maybe you should look it up on line and see waht helps PF, and maybe some of those things will help you, even though you don't have PF ;D

XOXOXO- Moe out!
