Personal:

I started running at age 40 (14 years ago!)  I am married to Harold, he is a super supportive husband and we enjoy running and biking the trails along the Wasatch Front together. Between us we have 7 children and 9 grandchildren.  I am really having fun trying new races in scenic parts of Utah, I am a newbie in the ultrarunning world, I am slow, but love everything about it!  I have a lot to learn, but I am enjoying the journey.

What a GORGEOUS new pic!!! I love it. Nice run this morning, you'll be back in the swing of home 'stuff' before you know it!

When is your next vacation?

Enjoy your running this weekend.

Actually, we have our time share at Snowbird starting tomorrow, so we will be staying up there part of the time, and the next weekend we have a campout in Huntsville. After that, I think I will stay put for awhile, I am looking forward to it.

I will be thinking of you tomorrow. It sounds like a real adventure. Take lots of notes!!!!!

I guess I'll let you off the hook tomorrow and next Saturday but we are going to have to hit it hard on Wednesday. If you save us a long time slot so we can do a long run, I'll get up earlier than my usual to get an early start too. Lets shoot for 16-20 miles - what do you say?

WELCOME HOME!!! We have missed you. Have fun on your run and getting back to the swing of things. I'm inviting Wendy and Mary to join our RHPC 1/2. I hope Karen Boothe can join us. I haven't seen her in ages. Have a GREAT weekend.
